Kyle Rawls brings more than 20 years of real estate experience across Texas, Minnesota, and California, with over $200 million in Bay Area sales since 2019. Based on the San Francisco Peninsula, he’s helped families make confident, thoughtful moves through a calm, relationship-driven approach that turns complex decisions into rewarding outcomes.
Before focusing full-time on sales, Kyle served in leadership roles with Keller Williams Palo Alto and KW Peninsula Estates, where he coached agents and built the foundation for his client-first philosophy. Now with The Agency, he combines deep local knowledge, strategic guidance, and genuine care to help clients move forward with clarity and confidence.
Paul Derby brings more than 15 years of experience in human-centered design and leadership to real estate. At The Agency, he partners with Kyle Rawls, a trusted professional with over 20 years of experience, to create a client experience defined by care, clarity, and trust.
Paul leads client experience, marketing, and operations for their business, blending data-driven strategy with an intentional, relationship-centered approach. He holds a PhD in Experimental Psychology (Human Factors), a background that deepens his understanding of how people think, decide, and experience important life moments. That foundation in user experience and behavioral research informs his approach to real estate, helping clients feel supported, informed, and at ease throughout the process. Grounded in empathy and insight, he helps clients move forward with clarity and ease.
