Kyle and Paul started Kyle Rawls Group because they believed buying or selling a home should feel like being taken care of — not just processed. That's still the idea.

Kyle has been doing this for over 20 years, and the thing that's changed least is how he works with people. He's patient, direct, and genuinely invested in getting you to the right outcome, not just any outcome.
On the Peninsula, he's known by the agents he works with as someone who runs clean deals, communicates well, and makes transactions easier for everyone involved. That reputation is part of why his clients win, not always with the highest offer, but consistently with the right one.
He's based in Redwood City, knows the neighborhoods the way you know a place you've lived for a decade, and has closed over $200 million in Bay Area sales since 2019. Prior to living here, Kyle was an agent in Minneapolis, MN and Lubbock, TX.

Paul's background is in understanding how people make decisions, specifically the big, high-stakes ones. He spent 15 years leading research and design at companies like Facebook and ServiceNow, studying what makes complex experiences feel clear and manageable rather than overwhelming.
At KRG, that translates into the parts of the process clients don't always see: the systems, the communication, the details that keep everything moving between offer and close. His job is to make sure nothing falls to chance and that you always know what's happening and why.
He holds a PhD in Experimental Psychology and a real estate license, and brings a researcher's instinct for getting things right to everything he touches.
